Organize Your Own Local Meetup

Hosting a local meetup is an easy (and fun!) way to connect with proposal professionals near you. Follow these steps to host a successful event:

1
Raise Your Hand

Email our Local Engagement Chair to share your interest. From there, you’ll work with our local meetup organizer to choose a date, time, and venue that are convenient for you.

2
Plan It Your Way

You pick the date, venue, and (if you want) a discussion topic, reserve a table, and arrange food. Using APMP GMC templates, you’ll create the invite, while the Chapter helps spread the word through email, social media, and our website.

3
Host, Connect, Repeat

Show up, host, mingle, and snap a few photos. After the meetup, APMP GMC will handle expense reimbursement and debrief with you to gather feedback and ideas for next time.
