Dr. Bob Fey — Dr. Bob Frey is an Association of Proposal Management Professional (APMP) Fellow since 2006. Fellows represent less than 0.5% of all APMP membership. The APMP Fellows award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the bid and proposal industry throughout their careers.
Co-Owner of and Principal in his professional consultancy, Successful Proposal Strategies, LLC—now 19 years strong, Dr. Bob has helped his customers to win more than $9 Billion in funded Federal Government contract dollars. He has authored 8 business books, 7 of which focus on proposal development. In addition, Dr. Bob has conducted proposal training sessions for more than 4,100 private-sector business staff as well as Federal Government civil servants and university students.
