Silke Cole is a proposal team leader with 20+ years of experience guiding business development initiatives across industries. She holds an APMP Practitioner certification and co-leads an international pursuit strategy team at Baker Tilly.  She served on the APMP Greater Midwest Chapter board of directors from 2019 to 2022.
